Every product we sell is covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty. The tier depends on the product family; the badge on each product page shows the applicable term at a glance.
Warranty tiers
5-year warranty
Applies to standard interior doors, hollow-core doors, and general hardware. Covers manufacturing defects under normal residential use when installed in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
7-year warranty
Applies to our solid timber and premium glazed door ranges. Covers manufacturing defects, delamination, and structural failure under normal residential use. Correct installation, sealing, and finishing are required to maintain cover.
20-year warranty
Applies to selected entry-door ranges and flagship smart locks. The longest cover we offer, reflecting the quality of the products we stand behind. Commercial use, exposure to unprotected weather, and non-standard installations may reduce the warranty term — see the individual product page for specifics.
What's not covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, lack of sealing, or exposure beyond the product's rated environment.
- Normal wear on finishes (scratches, scuffs, fading from direct UV where the product is not UV-rated).
- Damage during customer-arranged transport or after delivery has been accepted without noted defects.
- Modifications (cutting, drilling, re-finishing) that affect the structural integrity of the product.
Making a claim
Contact us with your order number, a photo of the defect, and a brief description. We'll liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf and, where the claim is accepted, arrange replacement, repair, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.
