Installation guides

Most of our hardware ships with manufacturer installation instructions or you’ll receive a digital copy that is included with your order confirmation after placing an order. If anything’s missing or unclear, drop us an email with your order number and a description of what you need and we’ll get the right info to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you deliver outside of Perth?

Yes we can deliver to all major cities across Australia and rural WA. Check your delivery options using our delivery checker by putting in your delivery address at the top of every page. If you are outside of our delivery area you can always give us a call to discuss your alternative options so that you can still purchase our doors or hardware.

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. Within 48 hours of delivery we will happily collect and refund your order, just contact our customer service team to arrange.

What are the quality of your doors like?

All of our doors are, at minimum, on par with what you would find in large hardware stores. More often than not, our quality of doors are better (and for a lower price). And to back up our products, we’re offering a 5-year warranty.
